You can use weeklies how you want, literally as long as you don't go over, and yea I'm 5 weeks in, never use my weeklies, have 3 meals a day and snack on fruit and the odd Jaffa cake at only 1pp nd I dont feel hungry at all except when I'm due a meal good luck
