Help with point allowance

Hi

Getting confused with my point allowance with new rules can someone please find out for me.

Lady - 32 - 5"6 - 14 stone 10 - not active

You get 49 pro points per week to use as you want. You can use them all in one go or spread them over seven days it is entirely up to you. You can still earn activity points with exercise. Good luck
 
oh yes u can lose with weeklies :D if u r gonna start exercising u will need them, and they are helpful for a night out
 
Is it ok to use most of them up daily or does it not work like that?

You can use weeklies how you want, literally as long as you don't go over, and yea I'm 5 weeks in, never use my weeklies, have 3 meals a day and snack on fruit and the odd Jaffa cake at only 1pp nd I dont feel hungry at all except when I'm due a meal :) good luck
