I'm on my phone so can't see your stats. You're 135lbs and how tall? 4 days wouldn't strictly speaking be considered a stall, which I think he considers to be 10 days, but I do understand your frustration.

Firstly, eating less is not going to help. I get it that you're sick of protein though. He recommends avoiding all tolerated foods, watching salt, dairy levels etc but I presume you've tried this. What are you eating? People usually sicken quickly of lazy food (packet ham, tins of tuna, boiled eggs etc) but less so when.cooking proper dishes which actually do ressemble 'real food'.

I'd recommend posting menus for a few days (all food and drink and quantities). Slow transit can cause slow loss, as can salt, certain times of month etc so please don't despair. Suddenly the scales will obey you if the weight you'd like to lose and stabilise is indeed within reach of someone of your height and diet profile...
