You could try some 0% greek yogurt or fat free fromage frais?

Quark is basically cottage cheese is it not? I assume you could get a free cottage cheese and blitz it?

Hmm - it might be hard to get the smooth consistency with cottage cheese. Although they did start doing that smooth cottage cheese in Tesco a while back. Don't know if they still do it.

I'd use fromage frais - it's still a type of cheese and not unlike Quark :)

i'd use the cottage cheese. My mum used to make cheesecakes and used cottage cheese and philedelphia. so it should work!!

Good luck, hope it's delicious! x
