Hi Guys.. Just looking for a little advice, sorry if there is already a thread like this!
I started SW on monday and im hoping to loose 3st overall.. Anyway im writing everything i eat down but so far ive only had 1 syn. Sunday im going to Alton Towers so there will be a few syns piling up there! But it will be no way near the 15 a day i am allowed... Is it going to hinder my weight loss if i dont have many Syns? Im not trying to avoid them on purpose im just eating so much free and super free foods theres no room for anything else! :8855: Thankyou
