Hi everyone.. I need help!! I really need to lose weight and struggling to get started.. A couple of weeks ago, I worked out that to get to my goal weight I needed to lose 1.8lbs per week, every week until the beginning of September... I did begin losing weight, but then it came back, and now I can't shift it so now I am back at square 1. I can't afford LL, WW or anything like that.. Can anyone please give me some advice/help?
