    HELLO,
    I am really struggling guys for the past 3 weeks cannnot stay on diet, I suprisingly stayed the same :D but really need to get back on track , can any1 give me some advice

    I'm feeling bit like that aswell but what I've done is stuck a before photo of me on the fridge so everytime I go in the kitchen I can see how disgusting I was!! Also I've been in touch with some of the people who go to my group & worked out they are feeling the same aswell. What diet are you doing? I'm on slimmimngworld & think I might mix it up a bit aswell to give my weight loss a butnot a boost to get me over this. I've also re read the introduction pack & books you get given on the first day as that really inspired me. Hope I've been a little bit helpful! Take care & good luck xx

    I've been the same too but I saw some photos of myself yesterday taken as my friends wedding in August which I really hated so I'm keeping those images in my head to get me back on track.

    I also bought a fridge magnet that says 'Fridge pickers wear big knickers' which is right in the middle of my fridge door :D
