i decided to be a plan follower 100% and if i suceeded then i would have one day off well todays that day and im eating what i want when i want so i need to be back on it tomorrow but im scared - usually if i wobble i fall off the wagon for weeks :break_diet:help me get motivated and inspired to get back on it tomorrow - i am due weigh day mon xxthanks ladiesxx

Just think how disapointed you'll be in yourself if you fall off the wagon and don't
get back on track. All your hard work.

So just think how wonderful you will feel and look.
Not to mention how proud of yourself you will feel
the next day when you have been so good. X

I have 1 evening a week where I eat (and drink) what I want and don't worry, and that's directly after WI. The day after is the start of a new week so I don't usually have a problem starting fresh again. maybe consider changing to this pattern?
