    Okay I'm really struggling to resist eating the crisps which are in my wardrobe - I really want to eat them but know I'll regret it after - I need to be distracted with something!

    I'm on one of my salt wants atm ----- AGGGGH!! :break_diet:

    I've had all my points for today hun so thats why I'm struggling otherwise I'd have eaten them :p

    I'd calming down now - trying to listen to music to take my mind off the salty snack :p

    Yes I realise that but if they're only a couple of points and you're really struggling I'd (probably wrongly lol) have them and pull back the points

    I know this might sound really weird but i've noticed that when i've craved something salty i've usually actually been thirsty, so have you tried drinking a pint of water?

    Its alright ladies, I got over it and managed not to have the crisps. I had a long drink of water instead - good idea margarino! ;) Thanks for the help :D

    I keep my snacks in the boot of the car.. it's not as convienient as keeping them in the house, especially now the weather is getting colder. There's no way i'm nipping out to the car in my jammies :D
