Hi all,

I have been seeing people putting mini goals under their responses in threads, detailing their weight loss each week and their mini goals and ticking their goals when they have reached the goal

How can I do that?

Any help appriciated.

Go into your User CP ^^^^^ up there, and go into Edit Signature, but i think you have to post so many times before you get more space.. So keep chatting!! lol

I am on day 2, have had 2 shakes already and not feeling too bad, only slight headaches.

I aim to lose at least a stone by end of Jan. Tha would be such an accomplishmnet for me.

If you stay 100% hun, there is no reason at all that you won't lose at least a stone by the end of January...Have you joined the January Challenge? If not, put your name down hun, it's great to update your details every week and see how everyone else is doing.

IF the headaches get too bad (they did for me in the beginning) you know that you are allowed to take paracetamol x x

Hi Raringtogo, I have the same problem and Su's right, you need to post more to get more space! :)
