Hi everyone, feeling a little down at the moment. Looking for done encouragement. I've been on slimming world for a month and have done so well. Lost 15 pounds and been sticking to it all the time. However on Sunday went out for my dinner and didn't stick to the plan but haven't been able to get back into the swing of it since. Spent yesterday grazing and today have fell back into my bad habits today. Just can't seem to get back on track has this happened to anyone else? What did u do to get over it??
