I need some help tonight. Had a day of eating choc biscuits! I know was emotional eating - thought I'd overcome this, but buried my friend this morning. I've lost 3 St and felt good. Today I feel huge and guilty as if I'm going to fall off the wagon and I really don't want too! A lot of people would say I'm being irrational, but I know a lot of you will have felt the same at some point!! Aaaggghhhhhh!!!!

You are right, I think anyone on a site such as this knows how weasy it is for it to happen, as well as how important it is to pick yourself up, brush yourself off ad keep going. Yu have done fantastically well and it would be a real shame to let one bad day let you down. Be good today, probably tomorrow, and get some extra exercise in. You'll feel less guilty, keep yourself busy and minimise the damage to YOUR fantastic success. Good luck, and try not to think about it too much.

I think every successful dieter has had at least one of those days where they've had a bit of a blow out and eaten more naughty things than they should have. The difference between them and a failed dieter is that the successful dieter has realised they've made a mistake, then shrugged it off and carried on with the diet the next day. One day of pigging out isn't going to make a difference in the long run. Just keep going and you'll be fine. By a few weeks time it'll be all forgotten and you'll continue being happy at your weigh-ins.
