    Hey all, quick question!
    Been doing WW for three weeks and have lost on average 2lbs a week which I am thrilled with! Each week I've had a big social event eg hen do, festival with loads of alcohol so it's wiped out my weekly points. I'm well pleased to have still lost despite this. Anyway, this weekend I haven't got anything major lined up so no real need to use my weeklies. What do I do? Leave the weeklies or treat myself? I don't want to get used to not having weeklies and then put on weight when I need to dip into them, but I also don't want to eat/drink extra just for the sake of it!

    It's a personal choice!
    If you're losing fine with them then why not treat yourself, nothing wrong with it. That's what they're for.
    I would say the majority of people use at least some if not all of the weeklies.

    You could always give yourself half and half , you could use 24 of your 49 treat points on a treat and then this would mean you could maybe lose a little extra than previous weeks whilst still having treats. I am trying to look at 49 treat points as use for social events etc things where you have no choice and just using half if there are no social events that week.

    Thanks for replying. Yeah I think I'm going to do exactly that - use half. No point on blowing them all just for the sake of it xx

    Last week was the first week I didn't use the majority of my weekly points(had 37 left over), the week before I used them all and lost 1.5 lbs, last week lost 2.5 lbs. Not sure if it made a diff or not but I am going to try this week not to use many of them!
