Hey all, quick question!
Been doing WW for three weeks and have lost on average 2lbs a week which I am thrilled with! Each week I've had a big social event eg hen do, festival with loads of alcohol so it's wiped out my weekly points. I'm well pleased to have still lost despite this. Anyway, this weekend I haven't got anything major lined up so no real need to use my weeklies. What do I do? Leave the weeklies or treat myself? I don't want to get used to not having weeklies and then put on weight when I need to dip into them, but I also don't want to eat/drink extra just for the sake of it!
