    Having a real bad day!!! don't feel hungry but want to eat everything i see!! :( i even had a low fat sub today thinking it would help crub it but its mad eit worse!!! the fat girl inside me is screaming!!!! :17729::eatdrink023::eatdrink017::eatdrink012::ashamed0005::gimi::eat::ignore::booboo::doh::missing::help2::eatdrink051:

    I had one of those days yesterday. Had a stressful day (someone drove a car into my house - bizarre but true) and my first instinct reaction was to eat rubbish. Had a subway, chips from the chip shop and a pint of lager. Went to bed feeling rubbish and like I had ruined everything but after a fresh start this morning I feel loads better.

    I think I will never lose my instinct to turn to food based on my mood but I think it's how you recover and move on rather than letting the guilt affect you for days and weeks. Hopefully eventually I will also temper the extremes of my emotional eating and making better decisions.

    We are really lucky, it could have been much much worse so I am staying grateful for small mercies!
