]Hy folks wondered if you can help me? I got to my 10th week last Thursday 4st 5lbs loss n started the refeed, I'm now following a low card diet as I still have 3 stone to loose. But over 4 days I've put on 5lb I can hardly eat anything and what I am eating is meats n greens. So I'm thinking of going back to TFR to reach my goal? What do u think? I just don't feel ready to eat as I'm not at my goal so I'm getting more annoyed that it's going back on already? My thinking is once I'm at my goal weight I'll be more telexed if I do put a couple back on after all 5-7lbs gain is not THAT bad when the total weight loss is nearly 7st.. Any advice? Xxx :-/

Have you thought of joining a slimming club such as slimming world? I remember that diet was low carb but was enough caories to keep the metabolism going-maybe you aren't eating enough? the low cal diet we have all been on only works because we are in ketosis, once that is gone there are a minimum amount of calories you need to keep things ticking over! Mind you if you got on well with Lipotrim then why not continue- whose idea was it to stop?? You have done amazingly well so far whatever you choose to do x

Hiya, yes it is slimming world I'm following now. I chose to finish thinking I could do the last 2-3 stone doing it but I think I should just carry on to my target. Part of me thinks it's psycological with me knowing I can do lipotrim and I know it works and now I'm panicking because I've gained when I've not reached my target yet. But then I need to learn how to eat and keep it off. I think I'm going to do 2 drinks and a protein meal to finish this week n see what happens. If I loose I'll carry on with that but if not I'll do the TFR till December do u think that would work? x

Perhaps look at the maintenance section of the lipotrim bit as it gives how to refeed without the weight gain. As apparently you can put up to 10lbs back on in a matter of days if you don't refeed correctly. Its down to you whether you do the 100%TFR or whether you can stick to the maintenance. Good Luck honey you've done so well don't get disheartened by 5lbs ;) x x x
