Help!

I'm on week 3 and done really well, until now :-( Today I've fallen off the wagon and feel terrible. I've eaten all sorts of rubbish, I've got a banging headache and feel really guilty. I'm afraid I'll put on some of the 10lb I've lost up to now. Trying to put it behind me and get motivated by reading other people's successes on here.

well tomorrows another day.......you cant undo today....
Stop beating yourself up thats not going to do you any good.
Congratulate yourself that you saw sense and are ready to dust yourself off and start afresh tomorrow morning.
I fell off the wagaon a few months ago after a couple of weeks.......and it took me this lenght of time to get back......so good on you for being honest with yourself. One slip up is nothing if you don't let it stop you.

It is only a failure if you stop trying now...be kinder to yourself-this is one of the hardest diets ever to stick to! As everyone else says, dust yourself off and start again...no problem. Good luck Lynne! You can do it! xxx
 
Well I had a bad couple of days but stayed the same, at least it wasn't a gain! This forum has really helped and I'm now back on track. Thanks everyone for your support x
