I'm going away overnight with my family tmrw so following advice I'm going to try x easy. We are having fish and chips supplied by the group we are going away with which is fair enough, but how do incorporate that into the diet as there is no speed food except for peas. I am planning to have the fish without batter as its free and also mushy peas, and half of the portion of chips I'm served.
