I'm going away overnight with my family tmrw so following advice I'm going to try x easy. We are having fish and chips supplied by the group we are going away with which is fair enough, but how do incorporate that into the diet as there is no speed food except for peas. I am planning to have the fish without batter as its free and also mushy peas, and half of the portion of chips I'm served.
 
If there's absolutely no chance of any other veg or spuds/rice/pasta to replace the chips, I'd personally just eat it (minus batter as you say) but not worry about the rest.
Peas, incl mushy peas are not Superfree - yes they're Superspeed but each meal on EE has to incorporate 1/3 Superfree so if there's no other choices you can't make this meal EE friendly.
Also, even though you're only intending eating 1/2 the amount of chips you're served, assuming they're going to be fried, you'll be eating a fair amount of syns.

As a one-off, just enjoy your day with your family & get back on track with brekkie and when you get home.
 
I'm sure they do kebabs so I could be cheeky and ask for a cone of chips and a small salad a standard portion is 17 Syns so half would be 8.5 Syns. And then we have a full English the next morning so I'll have to persevere, and have beans, fried egg is half a Syn..I could have mushrooms and tomatoes provided they haven't been fried. Well... Thursday will show of I've managed to Syn correctly.
