Help!!!!

Hiya everyone


I started ww a week ago and I have lost 0! I have followed the plan and exercised!

I have an under active thyroid and never lose weight on diets...

Anyone in the Same situation and found something that works?

I am still goin to stick to the plan as I feel good :)
 
Sorry I don't have much advice. Have you seen your GP and made sure your thyroid medication is the right dose?
