Help!!!

I have decided to have some protein or think i will attack something i should not - whats best to have, how much and how should i cook it.
 
I normally have boiled chicken and grilled shredded courgette with a bit of Worcester sauce. I think its best to have something that's not going to do too much damage rather than stuff that is a complete no no!
 
boiled eggs, cooked ham, boiled chicken keeps some moistness, ermm...........think atkins really xx
 
I would totally go for some chicken and maybe some green low carb veg??
