I am a CDC and rubbish! I have gained about two stone and although I have (sort of) sole sourced since last Friday I just cant seem to be good.

Saturday I had Chicken Salad from Nandos, Monday I had a packet of Crisps and Last night I had about 8 chicken dippers. I feel like a fraud where my clients are concerned and distraught that all this weight has gone back on. I have a conference with work this weekend (which is the last of social events for a long while - I guess this is good news) but this weekend is basically a team bonding session with lots of food and alcohol and the team are telling me I would be better waiting until after the conference to be good. I dont know what to do.

Advice welcome

Get the conference out of the way. Next week do not try to Sole Source straight away try 810 for one or two weeks then move down.

Contact your sponsor, they are still your counsellor, see if you can go and be weighed weekly with them again.

If you do not want to return to your counsellor, find one of your clients who has a similar weight to lose and see if you can weigh in with them.

It is easy to slip back into bad eating habits but you are nipping it in the bud. You have regained 2 stones you still have lost 3 stones.:)

I agree, don't be so hard on yourself. I know from experience it is sometimes nice to know that CDCs have slip ups too. Use it as a learning experience to build empathy with your customers.
I think the idea of going back to your old CDC is great, it is very motivational being weighed by someone else.
Most of all, keep your confidence, as was said before, you've still lost 3 stone, you are still an inspiration.:)
