hi all i am doing core plan for rhe first time this wk and i was looking for crispbread which is on the list but i could only find crackerbread is this the same ?
can i have that on core? any help very welcome xx

You're allowed plain or dark rye Ryvitas as crispbreads on Core. Or Finn Crisps I think. Crackerbread is not technically allowed but it's about the same calories so it depends how big you are on following the rules I guess!

The wholegrain ryvita are also core and I find them much nicer than the others!
