Hey Louise, you know we're all here, backing you up!! Now start lowering your carbs and drinking a bit more water in preparation, and get ready to shrink again!

Hi, I'm new to this site and I am returning to ss tomorrow! I know I can do it this time and so can you because you have done it before!

I have a question though. If you lose so much weight in such a short amount of time, what happens to your skin? Do you get left with alot of saggy skin?

I'm just a little worried that I will have to fight another battle once I lose the weight.

I suggest you take it one step at a time, if you start to worry about what will happen later you are less likely to stick to the plan.
A few people on here are avidly using moisturiser every day - maybe that will work for some excess and flabby skin, but can't comment on how it affects every case.
Maybe toning up in the gym or walking will do you good ?
