Henna's diary losing weight is hard!!

Wow cant believe its been 6 months since ive been here!! What a let down i am!!!

Hiya lovely - start now, start now!! You can lose a pound by Saturday why wait? Seriously though (will stop nagging) great to see you back and massive well done on maintaining for 6 months xx
 
Hey miss check you out! Looking lush in your avatar! Thanks for the nagging does help and think I might have a look in the cupboards and see what I have for tomorrow and Friday! Might be able to rustle up some spuds and beans! Thanks again must come and find your diary and catch up on your journey! X
 
Tomorrow I'm planning a extra easy day

Breakfast
Bacon eggs mushroom
2x wholemeal toast hexb
Ketchup 1 syn

Lunch
Salad new potatoes and ham
Yoghurt and strawberries

Dinner
Bacon and vegetable pie (from this months mag)
Cauliflower and broccoli
Fruit and yoghurt

2x glass of wine 12 syns

Hopefully I will be able to stick to this! Knowing I can have 2 glasses of wine will make me happy!!!!!

Mullerlight and banana

Dinner
New potatoes, salad , chilli and lime escalope
Homemade coleslaw 2 syns coleslaw
Cherry layer muller 2 syns

Snacks
Curly wurly 6syns

Plum

Total syns 14

Today I have had
Red day
42g crunchy bran and milk hex a and b

Lunch
Chicken tikka salad with leftover homemade coleslaw 2 syns
Muller light

Dinner
Salad with 2xchicken quarter pounders 1syn
Strawberries and cherries

Snack
Cheese on toast hex a and b

Will prob have curly wurly to bump up syns later!

Hopefully this are alright have used my old books to go by but will go by new books from tomorrow.

Enough wittering for now! Will try and update later or tomorrow with how it goes tonight! Happy slimming!
