Hi I just wanted to ask if you are allowed to have herbal tea while on the diet, I have been having peppermint and the twinnings mango and strawberry

You are allowed black tea so long as it's from the root leaf or seed, no fruit or flower teas allowed. So yes to peppermint but no to mango and strawberry - sorry
