Just about to order these from asdas hurbs and spices section and just wanted to check they are ok? and if so is there a limit to the amount you can have a day?

Crushed Chillies
Garlic Granules
Paprika
Black Pepper
Dried Mixed Herbs

You can always write to exante and ask them, but I would be suprised if there would be a limit to these
