I've just added a load of black pepper and some mixed herbs to my chicken soup and....jesus it tastes better.. actually pretty damn good.
My question to my fellow 'fat fighters' is....will these herbs mess with ketosis....I did nt think so but I thought that id bring it to see what you guys think??

Any other safe 'peps' you can tell me about.
    Cheers in advance

From what I know pepper is a berry and so it is not allowed however many do use this from what I have seen on other posts about seasoning. They make the soups ect so bland to keep from thinkingabout food and nice tastes. Is the soup really that bad I was thinking of trying some next week...

It's probably do with cleansing our tastebuds, and also the possibility of once we start to add herbs etc it may lead to food? If you are ever in any doubt about anything, contact Lipotrim either by phone or email, I have found them very helpful:)
