Back again, what a washout.
I'll never shift the weight without giving up on my guilty little secret. I like my alcohol.
So thats me starting again, abstaining totally and following a sensible eating plan instead of a mainstream diet.
Weighed in at 318lbs yesterday, going to start a food diary to try and keep the motivation up.

Good so far, I'm eating plenty but it's all things that are better for me. Loads of liquids as well.
It'll take longer to come off, but it should help with sticking to it.
Just looking to build up a meals list now. Things that are quick and easy for my main meals.

It's the planning that's the key mate, don't get caught out with nothing legal to eat or drink.
