Hi everyone!!
I have had Minimins for about 6 months not and have never got properly involved as i give up my diets so easy but now that its a new year... its a new start :gimi:!!!
So i am now going to start daily threads as a little diary for my self to see what im doing right and what im doing wrong and change it. I love reading all your success stories and it helps me get through the days and it gives me motivation. I started on Monday 03/01/11. Well truely started. I really do have a feeling this is going to be a good year! I have the motivation!
Just a little bit about me.... Im 20years old, live with my boyfriend so used to live on Takeaways thats what got me my buldge. I do my diets with my mum and sister and we do our own weekly weighins! I have a full time Admin job which i feel i have to eat to take away my boredom.
Anyway... i'm only doing a Low calorie diet my usual intake would be aroung 2500/3000 a day so i have dropped it down to 1500... eventually i will take it down to 1200 but dont want to go straight to hardly anything. I have started exercising to as my new years resolution is to train for race for life. So surely that should give me motiviation to.
Well anyway please leave tips and advice of how you guys get through the day without Bingeing!
