Gosh haven't had the time to do the diary for ages!

I had the opportunity to go back to work contracted for 3 months so that's kept me busy.

I've been still loosely keeping to we tho and my last weeks weigh in was 8st 11.5 so managing to keep under the 9s!!

Must say I've not been the model wwer of late so it's a good job I've not been recording!!!!

Will try and get back to it :). Anyone miss me? Bet no one noticed :p lol
