Here it goes!!

Was naughty and got on the scales this morning and I've put on another .8lbs!

This is now the heaviest I've been in two years!! Could it be that EE or carbs at night just really don't work for me?

So disheartened as I really enjoy this diet and really want it to work!

Right...so ended up getting a little bit tipsy on Thursday night! So yesterday was rather off plan! But am back on it today and it can be said that I am SURE there is nothing coming up for atleast 5 weeks thats going to knock me off plan now!

Food for today EE:

Breakfast: 2x nimble with philidelphia extra light
Banana
Lunch: homemade vegetable ratatouille pasta bake
Banana
Dinner: chicken stir fry with rice noodles and carrots, brocolli, sweetcorn, green beans soy sauce, garlic and Ginger
Ice cream


HEa: cheese on pasta bake and the scraping of Philli on toast this morning
HEb: 2x nimble
Syns:

Condiments in pasta bake: 1.5

Food for Tuesday EE day

Breakfast: 1 slice of nimble with a scraping of phillidelphia extra light
Some turkey
Banana

Lunch: Multi vegetable pasta bake (Tomatos, garlic, corgettes, mushrooms, quern mince, carrots) yummy!!
Cheese on top (20g low fat cheese)
Mullerlight

Dinner: 4 weightwatchers Cumberland sausages, mashed potato (splash of milk, no butter) leeks, peas, broccoli, carrots and baked beans

Yummy day!!

Snack: 1x nimble with 15g low fat cheese

HEa: cheese on pasta bake and splash of milk in mash And cheese on toast in the evening
HEb: nimble x2

Feel like I've eaten to much today!! Any comments?
