Here it goes!!

Well here is my first entry! It is actually yesterdays food as I will be posting these entry's a day in lieu!!
Any advice anyone could give me (too many snacks, not enough veg or fruit etc in a certain meal etc would be welcomed!!)

EXTRA EASY Day 1 Tuesday

Breakfast- mullerlight yoghurt
Lunch- half a packet of campbells golden savoury rice with cooked chicken, broccoli and onions
Dinner- sw tuna pasta bake with 40g cheddar used as HEa
Banana with low cal vanilla ice cream
Snacks- prawns, cold meats, 4x clementines and 1 mullerlight
Syns: 1.5 for ice cream and 8.5 for malteazers.....yummy!
No HEb today....literally forgot to eat it!! But had pasta for dinner and rice for lunch, so not a total lack of ruffage and carbs!!

Day two of extra easy Wednesday

Breakfast: mullerlight and a Banana

Lunch: Couscous with roasted veg and tomato puree/ketchup
Ice cream and mango

Dinner: SW burger and wedges with ketchup
Mullerlight for dessert

Snacks: mango, ham and malteazers

Syns: ketchup 1.5, ice cream 1.5 and malteazers 8

Total syns: 11
HeA: cheese on my burger
HeB: brown roll with dinner.


So far so good!

Breakfast: mullerlight and a banana
Lunch: jacket potato with beans and cheese HEa
Dinner: risotto with chicken, asparagus, brocolli and peas
Mango and yoghurt
HEb: half a brown roll and smoked salmon
Syns: 2x ice cream scoops 3
1 teaspoon honey 1
Malteazers 10

Total syns: 14
 
Right to after a fair few days off plan...I'm back on track!!

Had a roast for lunch at my parents:

Beef (no fat)
Leeks and cabbage
Carrots
Roast potatos in goose fat :-( but so nice!
Gravy made with meat juices
But NO Yorkshire of dessert!! Halo polished!

Dinner: chicken and mushroom pasta n sauce with lots of veggies (carrots, broccoli and leeks) made with milk from HEa
Mullerlight and banana for dessert

Syns: 15-20
HEa: milk/semi skimmed
HEb: beef At lunch

January!! Here we go!

As far as I'm aware on green you get 2x HEa+b??

Hope so as felt peckish and has 2x slices nimble and 1larghing cow triangle!

Lemon sorbet 50g 2.5 syns

Woo! Hopefully no snackage later!!

Total syns: 6

Thanks for the info on the Tom puree!! Will look for one that is free as I LOVE it in so many recipes!

I've been so much fuller today since I've been getting all my super frees in!

A late night cheeky add on of half a can of heinz chicken noodle soup at 3syns.

Just needed a quick savoury hit!!

Can anyone recommend a syn free Pre made soup?

Or I suppose I'll have to get my act together tomorrow and make a free batch!!

I think all premade soups have syns..
Do you have a slow cooker? Thats what I will be using when making soup. Just have to get some tasty receipes now!!
 
Food for today Wednesday EE day

Breakfast: 2 slices of nimble with a fry light fried egg, mushrooms, spinach and a mullerlight yoghurt
1 syn of ketchup

Lunch: Cous Cous with roasted tomatoes, peppers and onions
2syns of ketchup/tomato puree
Mullerlight yoghurt

Dinner: tesco tomato and onion pasta n sauce with brocolli, Tomatos, onions and a bit of sliced turkey
Mullerlight yoghurt

Snack: chicken thigh from the rotisserie at tescos. Hot and spicy 2.5 syns
3 clementines
1 after eight mint 2
HEa: milk and a tiny bit of philidelphia extra light
HEb: 2xnimble
Syns: 7.5

Feel like I'm eating too much??? Any feedback?

Thanks all and hope you had a good day! I had WI today, put on .4lbs :-( BUT no overly disheartened as this week included only 3 days on plan (2 being monday and Tuesday!) plus 2 epically drunken nights which included pizza and mcdonalds as well as a LARGE roast and the left over christmasy choccies!

Bring on next week though!
