Hello everyone! I'm back for another go as I lurve S&S as its the best eating plan I have ever been on for weight loss.
I have put on about 5lbs since stopping S&S back at the beginning of April (and I Weighed myself just now after eating all day and the scales are showing 10 extra lbs! LOL but I know that at least 2 of that is food and 2 is water weight, so they'll be gone tomorrow/day after)
Anyhoo, based on what I weigh right now (the top weight, food and all) I have 17 lbs to goal. Not too bad at all I think. Very positive start for Tomorrow morning, I have my packs all ready and am really feeling good and positive!
