Here we go its now or never

Well its about week 4 of my restart and have just discovered this site. Am struggling to get the hang of it but am hoping it will help in my quest.
I need to lose over 10 stone max and about 9 min. Quite a chore but am really trying to focus on small goals for now.
Gp has prescribed orlistat not sure how long it takes before you see any slight difference. So far it seems to make me think twice before eating which cannot be bad in itself.
Get weighed tonight. So here are my goals for this next week

1) Aim for a 1-2ilb loss. (family over from Canada so a few party nights)

2) Gym one night after work.

3) Yoga on one night.
