hex b - sardines?

Hello all,

I have had a month pretty much off the wagon and am now planning my meals for the week so that I can get back on plan (fingers crossed). I have recipe that I can slimming world-ise but I was wondering if tinned sardines in brine can be used as a HEX b on a green day - I know that the ones in tomato can be.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance
