So 42g of Feta is a HEXA, but Low Fat Feta isnt mentioned?

How would you use it? Just syn it, or have 42g, or have more because its lower fat?

On syns on line 28g is 3 syns, so would you just have 56g as its 6 syns and most HEX's are 6 syns???

Look it up on syns online, find how much is worth 6 syns and use that much?

Although if it isn't listed maybe you can still only have 42g

I've been wondering that too. I got some low fat feta but just kept it at 42g as I wasn't sure. It's enough for my to be honest if I'm having it on a salad

I had feta the other day and even though it was light- I did the same as leelea -stuck to 42g
