HEXB question mission deli wrap

I have just had one of these for my tea filled with meat, vlf yogurt and cheese (yum yum) - it says they are 9 and a half sins each (which is Ok cos have only had 3 sins today) - but can I deduct 5 sins as a HEXB as not had any bread today???

If it is white then the answer is no - not enough fibre?

Ok!!! will count all 9 and a half whopping sins lol! It tasted bloody nice and was worth it!! No vino for me tonight while watching x factor!!!
