Hi everyone just popping in too say hi I joined SW 4 weeks ago on Thursday lost 5lbs my first time then had a maintain so i'm feeling really nervous for this week already :sigh: I just want too get my half stone target after being so disappointed last week but I know what I had done wrong so i'm keeping my chin up and being extra careful this week.

Any tips for snacking would be gratefully recieved best off look to everyone xxx
 
The best snacks are bits for fruit. I've started taking a tub of grapes with me to work so when I want to pick on something they're there and I can stop and start when I like. Also stuff like a pack of Snack a Jacks which are 5 syns (depending on type) or WW crisps which are 4.5 (depending on type). One of my other main snack is Mini Milks at only 1.5 syns each so I don't feel left out on a hot ice cream day.
