I'm Ems and I'm 23 years old
, I've just started my diet today as I've just started at my local gym in Swansea. The trainer put together a programme on a key, the key instructs me which machines to use and also how many minutes or set of exercises I have to do at that machine. Its pretty snazzy.

I'm still struggling with the food side of it though. I'm a very fussy eater and I can't eat in particular fish or nuts.Can anyone suggest any good diets? I have tried slim fast and replacement milkshakes and I hate the taste of them. Looking forward to getting to know everyone and I hope your diets are going well.

hi Ems and :welcome: to the forums! I would back up what IreneH has stated below and go for something like Weight Watchers or Slimming World as you can then adapt your weekly menu's to suit your needs.
