Way hay! Well done Channy. Here's to another great loss this week. According to the book, this is the only diet where your metabolism doesn't slow down at all so regular sustainable weight loss is possible - how cool is that?
I'm currently on slimfast, which does work for me and I find it quite easy to stick to, but seem to have hit a plateau which happened last time I was on it too. Think my body has just got used to the calorie allowance lol! I was considering doing calorie cycling if I hit a plateau, but this seems better really, easier to follow. I have been planning on going onto cc once I get near to my goal and for maintenance.
Very Well though I finished all my cals by 4pm today. So I came home and got on my exercise bike, then stepper - 10mins on each. After exercising I tend not to feel that hungry. Now I've just had a cup of Redbush tea and will be going to bed shortly before the hunger pangs start to kick in. How things for you Karenlou?
