Oh well done Channy! Really pleased for you, great loss. How are you finding it? Easy to stick with?

MommyB are you still thinking about giving this plan a go? I think I will be next week, see if it gives my metabolism the much needed boost it obviously needs!!

Way hay! Well done Channy. Here's to another great loss this week. According to the book, this is the only diet where your metabolism doesn't slow down at all so regular sustainable weight loss is possible - how cool is that? :D

Hi Stirky. I did Weight Watchers and Slimming World and basically tarted about between them. I also tried intuitive eating which resulted in me gaining back nearly a stone - grr!

How about you?

I'm currently on slimfast, which does work for me and I find it quite easy to stick to, but seem to have hit a plateau which happened last time I was on it too. Think my body has just got used to the calorie allowance lol! I was considering doing calorie cycling if I hit a plateau, but this seems better really, easier to follow. I have been planning on going onto cc once I get near to my goal and for maintenance.

I'm having an up day today and still feeling ok. As Karenlou says we've generated interest haven't we. What day is your weigh in Stirky

Glad it's all going well still, that's fab! Yes certainly interest lol, my hubby thinks I've gone nuts!! Fridays usually, but will alternate betwwen Fri and Sat so I always weigh after a DD.

Very Well though I finished all my cals by 4pm today. So I came home and got on my exercise bike, then stepper - 10mins on each. After exercising I tend not to feel that hungry. Now I've just had a cup of Redbush tea and will be going to bed shortly before the hunger pangs start to kick in. How things for you Karenlou?

Great going Channy, yes I don't tend to be hungry after a workout either.
