welcome tammy and good luck i have lost 3st 7lb on slimfast and once you are into it,it really works,i also am the same weight as you now and want to be 9st so we can do it together i will keep in touch hope you will lookout for me on the forum and we can give each other a shoulder to lean on,and as a point of note if we lose 2lb a week we will be 9st on the 15 jan 09 how cool is that new year new us hurray,bye for now angie x
