Hi everyone.. Been off the wagon since 1st /2nd week in october. Had another go start of November only lasting 5 days I think!! Really hard getting back in the zone. Anyhow glad to report I haven't gained any weight .. Thank god.. Looking forward to January and losing the last two stone .. Haven't checked in here at all. How's pamdev, deezer & all the crew?
