Just bit the bullet and ordered my first packs. Should be delivered Friday so I'm going to weigh and measure myself then so I can update my stats and start afresh.
Have never done a VLCD before although I have tried just about everything else! After reading everybody's posts on here it seems as though, once in the right frame of mind, this diet is achievable. I will start a diary on Friday so I can keep track of what I've eaten and also what I like and don't like otherwise I'll just forget.
