Hi AGAIN everyone!

#1
My God!
I'm a Lipotrim expert at this stage but unfortunitly keeping it off is where I have issues,
so here I am again after going from a size 22 to a size 10 last year, back at a big aul size 16/18 after all that work grrr, BUT let me assure all you newbes, it was all my own fault I put back on the weight, I went on to lose a stone AFTER lipotrim by following maintanance but then went right back to my old ways,
so please learn from me, it's soooo not worth it!!

So here I am again, me being the newbe, hi everyone!!
You're all doing great i've been texting my friend saying "jeeezus this girl lost x amount" and "that girl lost etc" fair play to you all!

This place kept me going the first time round so I'll be back with a vengence:p

Hi there Daisy! The past is best left in the past. You've learned from it and we're lucky you're here to pass on your advice and experiences!

Here's to a new positive beginning and you'll get that weight off in no time at all, and this time it'll stay off!

You go girl!

Hi

Welcome back to the forum & to LT! At least you're not back up to your original size & you're taking control of it now!

You know what to expect, so the best of luck with that tough first week!

Hi Daisy

I lost 2 stone in 4 weeks on LT last year and kept it off. I have slipped into bad eating habits again. I have gained 1 stone , that was only very recently though. I have decided to get it off before it goes up anymore.
This forum gave me focus last year and will again. I am on day 2 and am absolutley knackered, you soon forget how hard these first few days are! We should remember how hard it is when we are slipping into our bad habits. It might just be the thing that drives us away from the butter and toast!
Good luck, i'll watch out for your posts.

Welcome back to LT - i am sure this time around you can learn from your mistakes and once you have the weight off again you can keep it off for good :)
