My God!
I'm a Lipotrim expert at this stage but unfortunitly keeping it off is where I have issues,
so here I am again after going from a size 22 to a size 10 last year, back at a big aul size 16/18 after all that work grrr, BUT let me assure all you newbes, it was all my own fault I put back on the weight, I went on to lose a stone AFTER lipotrim by following maintanance but then went right back to my old ways,
so please learn from me, it's soooo not worth it!!

So here I am again, me being the newbe, hi everyone!!
You're all doing great i've been texting my friend saying "jeeezus this girl lost x amount" and "that girl lost etc" fair play to you all!

This place kept me going the first time round so I'll be back with a vengence:p

Hi Daisy

I lost 2 stone in 4 weeks on LT last year and kept it off. I have slipped into bad eating habits again. I have gained 1 stone , that was only very recently though. I have decided to get it off before it goes up anymore.
This forum gave me focus last year and will again. I am on day 2 and am absolutley knackered, you soon forget how hard these first few days are! We should remember how hard it is when we are slipping into our bad habits. It might just be the thing that drives us away from the butter and toast!
