Hi everyone, my name is Stephanie and I am new to the boards here, but not new to the weight loss world. 10 years ago I was at my all time high of 295 pounds. Being only 5'2 I was horribly obese and miserable.
Over the years, I slowly got down to 170 Starting with Atkins diet and then doing WW. I liked them both but have let myself get way too comfortable with snacking and emotional eating again.
Mind is made up and I'm once again ready as I have put 25lbs of my weight back on in the past 2 years. I am ready for Atkins and am wanting to do a whole lifestyle change this time.
