Thought I would send a note to find out how you are all doing after Christmas and if you have been able to get back into the diet?
And how are all the newbies?
I am in such a good mood today and feeling on top of the world!!

Hi Gunna!

Yep, I got myself back on CD properly on the 2nd of Jan....had a hiccup earlier in the week but lost 1lb on my first weighin...so I am hoping for a big loss this week!!!!!!!

How about you?

I lost 2lbs on my first WI after Christmas but feel as though I am back in the swing of things now... thank goodness..

I managed to lose 8lbs over xmas and new year which amazed me considering the amount of food i ate. Managed to SS in between xmas and NY and been SS'ing since 2nd Jan, no more cheats now lol
