hi all my weight loss diary ;-)

hello all,
I started a 1000calorie daily diet and i go to the gym five days a week and i make shore i burn 200cals per day at the gym 5days a week, (30minutes aday)i started this diet on the 14th nov and gone from 11stone to 10.06 thats 8lb loss so far on a friday i will eat 1500cals just to give me that little brake.... I just realy wanna say that the gym does make a hell of a diffrence and i intend to keep going untill i am 9stone4 my ideal weight... I am going to start posting every week friday if i can. just so that i give myself some motivation good luck all with the diets and will keep you all posted.
