Hi all!


Ive been on VLCD for 3 weeks now. im eating 333 kcal per day (and vitamins + mineral pills). The first week and a half, i ate 555 kcal to keep the body from shocking more than it already was.

Im not sure of my current weight, but with my calculations im around 10 lbs off.

The body and hunger felt neutral about a week and a half into the diet. YAY!
