    new here, so just checking in to say hi :wavey:

    Not following any set diet at the minute, just cutting right down on carbs

    just as a guide what amount of carbs should I be looking at in foods - under 15g per 100g on back of packs I've been using as a quick fix guide (lower if possible but using this as a max) is this low enough to start ketosis

    :)Hi there. Atkins for example recommends 20g of good carbs or just below for the whole day. so 15g on one pack of food is almost your whole allowance. You could look on ebay for low carb books and that'll give you food lists and explain in depth how it all works, good luck.

    I don't know about kick-starting ketosis, so not much help there. But I'm not following any particular diet either, just cutting my carbs but without going in to ketosis and it's working fine for me.
