Hi,

I have been away for awhile with work commitments and family. I have lost a little more weigh since last time i was on her but not as much as i would have liked. Now i have things sorted i am back 100% and looking forward to it. I am happy however that i haven't put any weight. I am so happy to be back on this site as it is a real help and inspiration.
